Out Door Talent Camps

Animation, as we understand, is not only about learning to use software but also about observation, imagination and giving life to images, which is why we provide animation courses with clay modeling and artwork training, landscape, perspective drawing, storyboards, background training and in house Green Matte Studio training in our B Sc Animation and Diploma courses. We are pioneers in India in introducing the concept of outdoor education for better enhancement of our students’ creativity.

The Pan Asian organizes field trips to places of architectural importance, ancient palaces of Cholas, Pallavas, Moguls, Temples, water reservoirs and natural lakes, mountains, hillocks, land and seascapes. Students observe, understand shapes, shades, light, colours and depth and then sketch them from different angles to capture the nature’s beauty and beauty of architecture on the canvas. Working in the natural locations/environments rather than practicing in the class rooms better evokes individual's creativity and makes the learners talented artists, designers, architects and animators who would then be able to design their own concept based Set Models.

Clay Modeling

Clay Modeling is one of the unique features of the College, by means of which the artistic and imagination skills of students are sharpened and shaped to have a better grip of animation. Creating 3D Models in clay play an important role in capturing the anatomical, creative, realistic and cartoonic characters.

Acting Classes

Animation movies need to impress viewers more through the innovative design of characters, striking movements and impressive sound mixing and finally display them creatively on the screen/stage to get the desired effect. The acting sessions in Pan Asian College make students to enact and feel different characters they visualize and show them with perfect expression on the screen.

Understanding body language is very important in displaying character movements. The acting practice also helps those who want to become good stage actors and to get rid of stage fear and perfect their acting skills.

Green Matte Studio

Cinema and Television are the widely popular and booming industry in the world to-day, which are known to be fairly recession-proof. Visual effects vis-a-vis the background constitute an important factor in the success of this media.

Most of the stunt and acting sequences in cinema are created in computer graphic visual effects. Fantasy and Scientific-fiction movies are visual effect based.

The College has a Green Matte Studio for creating sets for films and videos at industry standards. The images shot inside matte studio are later composted with outdoor shots or virtual sets to bring them appear natural / realistic to the audience.

English Language Lab

English is known as the language of art, architecture, commerce, aviation, law, business, engineering, science and medicine. English has already emerged as the world language and its mastery is the sine-qua-non of, not only modern global economy but also in higher education in science, engineering, technology, medicine or art. Thus communication skills in English form the core of the requirements for good jobs and salary in animation industry globally.  Developing English Language skills is given due emphasis in all the programmes and the College provides extensive language training with the use of latest software, in its well equipped Language Lab with Audio Video facilities.
